Less, but better.

At Esjay Sportswear, we’ve always believed that improvement is a journey,

not a finish line. When we began working on our PLUM new range, we didn’t

just want to create sportswear that looked beautiful or performed well - we

wanted it to carry a deeper message, one that mirrors the journeys of the

women who wear it.

So often, the world tells us that growth means doing more: more races, more

training, more goals. But, what we’ve come to understand, and what this

new collection celebrates, is that true progress doesn’t always mean adding

more. Sometimes it’s about refining. Sometimes, it’s about slowing down long

enough to notice who you are beneath the noise. It's about realising that

becoming your best isn’t always about the next achievement - it’s about

balance, intention, and small changes that make a lasting difference.

This is the message woven into our new and improved PLUM fabric. Softer yet

stronger, lightweight yet durable, it’s designed to move with active women

who are on their own path. Every piece in this range reflects the beauty of

refinement: less, but better. Thoughtful, considered, and crafted with care so

you can feel supported without compromise.

And because we believe that empowerment should be shared, we’ve taken

this message beyond our immediate Esjay community. As part of this launch,

we’ve donated 148 Esjay bras to girls in underprivileged communities -

because every woman, no matter her circumstances, deserves to feel strong,

supported, and seen.

As always, this collection is more than just sportswear. It’s a reminder that

improvement is not always about more kilometres, more reps, or more

pressure. Sometimes it’s about doing less, but doing it well. It’s about standing
