esjay returns + exchange policy

We doubt you will want to return your new ESJAYS, but if for some reason you have a change of heart, or we have made an error, here are the correct processes you need to follow; 





Returns can be made within 10 working days of parcel delivery. To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in:

  • Their original condition

  • With original tags attached

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unscented

  • Accompanied by the original packaging


On return, we will happily issue you with an ESJAY voucher.

This voucher has a 12 month expiry from the date of issue. 

The Process

1. Please email with your order number, name, and the product name/size you wish to return.


2. Once your return is approved, you are responsible for return shipping to the ESJAY SPORTSWEAR head office. Please include your NAME, ORDER NUMBER and EMAIL ADDRESS INSIDE your parcel.

Please note: ESJAY SPORTSWEAR will not be held accountable for any lost items returned in the post, these items must be tracked by the customer. ESJAY SPORTSWEAR will not cover the cost of shipping the item back, nor be liable for parcels lost in transit.


3. Once we have received and checked that your items meet the returns eligibility above, you will be emailed a unique coupon code that will allow you to purchase your items again upon availability. The coupon code must be used in a single order, and will not deduct off shipping. You will be charged a re-shipping fee.



EXCHANGES (If we make an error)


In the case that we are at fault for the reason of your return, ESJAY SPORTSWEAR will carry the shipping cost. This applies;


  • Where there is fault with the product

  • We made an error and sent you the wrong item / size - WHOOPS!


Exchanges can be made within 10 working days of parcel delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 


The Process


1. Please email with your order number, name and the reason for your exchange.


2. Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange collection and replace your item/ refund you if we are unable to replace it.
