esjay exchange + refund policy
Esjay will only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. You have 10 working days from receiving the parcel, to notify us that the item/garment received is faulty. We will then arrange to take back the faulty item, and replace it (or refund you if the item is no longer in stock/available).
The esjay return policy lasts 10 working days. If more than 10 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. To return an item/s, you will need to notify us of the item/s being returned via email (email@example.com). Please send your item/s to the esjay HQs:
2 Fraser Road, Assagay, 3624.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In your package please include a note with your full name, order number and email address.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item/s have been delivered to the esjay HQs, and have been fully inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that they have been received. Please make sure that your name and contact details/email are CLEARLY marked on the bag. If your returned item/s are approved (in selling condition), then a voucher to the value of the item/s received will be issued to you. If you would prefer to be refunded, we will need your bank details to issue a refund. PLEASE NOTE: items on SALE are not eligible for refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
